Child Enrollment

Our goal is to provide every child with a caring and positive atmosphere to learn and grow. We provide care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years at our 3 locations in Carbondale, Carterville and Marion.

Steps for Enrollment

  1. Submit online Contract Agreement with $50 Enrollment Fee
    This will ensure your child does not loose their spot.
  2. Submit online Parent Handbook & Policy Agreement
  3. Fill out and sign Child Information Packet
  4. Fill out and sign any additional Forms
  5. Bring in Birth Certificate, Shot Records & State Medical Form
  6. Pay Non-refundable Deposit of 1 week’s tuition.
    This can be divided over 5 weeks.
    It will be your last week of tuition with a 2 week notice.
