Nursery 6 weeks to 15 months old" A House for Hermit" by Eric Carle
This classroom is designed for our ity bity friends. A house for Hermit is a book about a hermit crab who is looking for his "special place" in the big big ocean. Our new friends are doing much of the same; learning to adapt to their new surroundings and meet new friends.
The classroom has individual cribs for each child, bouncers, rockers, swings, pull up bar, mirrors, and bee bops which support the lower back of infants learning to sit up. The teachers in this class focus on tummy time, sitting up, basic needs and lots of love.
Each child is given a daily sheet and a monthly calendar of events & daily activities, feedings, diapering.
